What are you allowed to do with our purchased audio tracks?
Subject to the Prohibited Uses (see below), this License allows users to:
- Use purchased audio tracks without having to attribute Shock Tower (although giving credit is always appreciated)
- Modify or adapt purchased audio tracks into new works
- Use purchased audio tracks for:
Commercial and non-commercial videos
Film, TV, and streaming productions
Podcasts, games, and mobile applications
Online advertising, social media content
Corporate presentations and internal use
What are you not allowed to do with Content?
- You cannot sell or distribute purchased audio tracks (either in digital or physical form) on a Standalone basis. Standalone means where no creative effort has been applied to the purchased audio tracks and it remains in substantially the same form as it exists on our website and in our videos.
- You cannot use purchased audio tracks in any illegal way, especially Content which features recognizable people.
- You cannot use purchased audio tracks in a misleading or deceptive way.
This license is granted on a royalty-free basis. Licensee shall pay a one-time fee upon
downloading the tracks and shall not owe any further royalty or licensing fees to Licensor (Shock Tower) for permitted use under this Agreement.
All rights, title, and interest in the purchased audio tracks remain with Shock Tower. This Agreement grants only the limited license described herein and does not transfer ownership of purchased audio tracks or any copyrights.
Shock Tower warrants that they have the rights necessary to grant this license. However, the Licensed Music is provided “as is,” and Shock Tower makes no warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Shock Tower shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
